This is another extra long session (2 weeks longer than our standard 10-week sessions).

We get to make music with you ALL the way until the middle of November!

But, what if it rains??

If it rains or for unsafe outdoor conditions, we will either hold class in the early childhood classroom room at nearby Church of the Chimes (if available) or we will cancel the class and add an extra class on to the end of the session. 

Please come into the session with a bit of flexibility and know that we always do our best to accommodate our families and to keep everyone as safe as possible.  

Schedule (classes offered): 

TUESDAY 9:15 now starts at 9:30

• Not all classes are guaranteed to run: Minimum class size is 6 children  If possible, please choose an alternative class time

• Waitlists: There is always some shifting around, so if your preferred class is full, please enroll on the waitlist!

• Our most popular classes filled up quickly the last few sessions. So register early to guarantee your spot!!

Please note that if a class is "ON HOLD" this means that there aren't enough families enrolled to run it. If you are interested in this class time, PLEASE let us know!

If you are enrolling after the session has begun, our system will automatically prorate your tuition.

If we ever need to cancel/postpone class due to weather (or unforeseen circumstances) or have anything of utmost importance come up, we will need to communicate with you. We use SMS Texting through our back office system.

Protecting our community against illnesses:

• Every family signs our Covid/Illness compliance agreement form which includes agreeing to stay home if anyone in their party is not feeling right or has had a close exposure to someone who has tested positive for Covid. 

• Classes take place outdoors this is the safest way to avoid spreading germs

• Instruments and props are disinfected after use

• You are welcome to bring a handful of percussive instruments: If you want to to minimize exposure, (we always bring instruments to share!). 

• Instruments and props: Teachers will bring instruments and props for all of the children, but using them is always at your discretion. If you prefer to bring your own, you can bring a handful of percussion instruments, but if you would like to use exactly what we plan on using, let us know and we can keep you in the loop!

• Invitation to Socially distance: While seated, you are welcome  to set up your blanket to be socially distanced (unless you and your neighbors are comfortable sitting closer). We will do standing activities that are closer together, like using a parachute, but again, participating is at your discretion. If you choose to stay on your blanket, your teacher will modify the activity. 

• We reserve to right to update our masking policy to be more strict at any time due to case numbers and variants that we deem cause for more caution  (even if city/county/state mask mandates do not change). 

We have updated our Illness/Covid Safety Protocols, so please read through, sign and submit the compliance waiver when you register.
