Prorated rates for late and abbreviated registrations
Discounts are available one per child. If one of these discounts applies to you, please reach out to our office for the coupon code if it is not automatically applied online. Discounts cannot be combined.
Refunds and Make-Ups
Families are welcome to make up missed classes in another age-appropriate class during the session, as space allows.
Make-up classes can be scheduled online through the Family Dashboard or by calling the office.
Classes are eligible to be made up until the end of the following session. (Ex. If you miss a class during the Fall 1 session, you have until the end of the Fall 2 session to make it up.)
If no other age-appropriate classes are running, or if all of the other age-appropriate classes are at full capacity, families may request to receive a rollover credit toward the next session that they sign up for (up to the value of two missed classes per session).*
* Rollover credits are not applied automatically; they must be requested by the family.
*Students enrolled in class types that have alternative class times available during the week are not eligible for rollover credits, unless all other classes are full.
In the event of an emergency or special circumstance that results in missing a significant number of classes, please reach out to us directly so we can work with you on the best solution.

Sprouting Melodies Registration Information
Our classes are set up in four to eight week sessions throughout the year. The sessions offer a varying schedule Monday - Saturday with 45-minute classes featuring early childhood group music classes for child and caregiver, songbooks, expert knowledge and care of music therapist providers, access to early development and music information, and inclusion in the Sprouting Melodies community of children, caregivers, and class providers.
