Little movers and shakers will enjoy dancing movement, music rhythm, games and stories in this fun class. Basic locomotor movement and age-appropriate developmental skills and concepts are all incorporated in this lively program. Drop off optional class for ages 18 months and up. Let's dance!

Children learn basic dance vocabulary and technique through ballet, modern and creative dance.

Students will learn basic classical ballet technique, terms and steps. Students will do barre and center work that develops strength, body alignment, flexibility, gracefulness and musicality. There will be an open class at the end of the session for invited guests. Students will be invited to participate in the MST&DA Dance Concert in the Spring.

A combination of Pilates, yoga, Alexander technique and core body movements. Designed to correct body alignment.

A total body workout combining cardio, muscle conditioning, strength, balance and flexibility. This is a high energy, fun workout sure to boost your energy and your dance skills! Prepare to sweat.

A class combining ballet, tap and jazz for our youngest dancers. All three styles are the foundation for dance and musical theatre. It is a great class to introduce your dancer to all styles of dance foundation. 

Beginner to Intermediate level ballet class for ages 9+.

One on one lesson weekly. Must be booked in advance and can be music, drama or dance. 

With a focus on the development of original new works, the summer production, open to ages 6+, gives students the experience of working on all aspects of a musical production (acting, singing, dance choreography, and line memorization) just like our spring semester. Participants will work with a team of staff members including a Director, Music Director, Assistant Director, Stage Manager, Choreographer, Composer/Writer, Costume Designer, Set & Props. Rehearsals after casting could be any or all of the 4:30-7pm time on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoon/evenings. Everyone that joins will get a part in the show! Rehearsals are weekly and performance in August. Attendance is mandatory due to short semester.

The focus is teaching students how to learn choreography quickly and improve their dance technique in multiple styles. Students must audition if not already placed in the program

Sprout to the World's "Playful Discoveries" class is an initiative driveen by a group of international moms and educators seeking to provide a nurturing space for toddlers and their caregivers to come together for fun, friendship and growth. Through music, storytelling , games and curated activities for independent play, we aim to expose our littel ones to a variety of skills in order ot lay a holistic foundation for growth, enabling them to thrive as they explore the world around them.
