Please read the "Policy and Pricing" page before registering for class.  Registering indicates agreement with all of Key Magia Music's policies. 

Siblings under 9 months of age as of the first day of class do not need to register to attend. Please indicate in the comments section if you will be bringing a younger unregistered sibling as well as their name, month and year of birth. 

Payment must be paid in full by first day of class.

Release of Liability

By clicking the "Register" button I aknowledge that I have read and understood Key Magia Music's policies and agree to the terms within. I wish to register my child for the class indicated and give authorization to charge said card.

Submission of this registration indicates my agreement that I release from liability Key Magia Music, their employees, teachers or representatives from any and all claims including claims of Key Magia Music's employees' negligence, resulting in loss, damage or injury incurred directly or indirectly from participation in Key Magia Music's music classes.
