Anthony Williams holds a B.A. in Music form Randolph-Macon College and a Masters of Music in Composition from George Mason University. He currently is also the director of the Children and Youth Music Program at Williamsburg United Methodist Church.

Tamara Carver graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.A. in Economics & Business and from Old Dominion University with an M.B.A. She received a full scholarship to the Pennsylvania School for the Performing Arts. Ms. Carver attended the Graduate Summer Music Institute at the University of Hartford and earned her Level II certification through ECMMA.

Megan Durbin earned a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC) and a Docturate of Medicine from Ohio State University. She studied piano performance and music theory while at UNC and attended chamber music workshops as a pianist at UNC and in Switzerland. She also played bass clarinet in the UNC Wind Ensemble and at the North Carolina Governor’s School.

Andrea Fegley earned her Masters of Music in flute performance from the University of North Texas. She was a two time semi-finalist in the National Flute Association Baroque Artist competition and has performed with the Dallas Bach Society and the Orchestra of New Spain.  She maintained a private flute studio in the Dallas area before moving to Virginia. In Williamsburg, she has worked with Flute Frenzy and has been an assistant with the Early Childhood Music School since 2016. She received her Virginia teaching certificate in 2016 and teaches elementary music in Newport News Public Schools.  She is also a Board member of the StageLights organization.

Susie McFatridge holds a B.A. in English with a minor in Vocal Performance from Christopher Newport University (CNU).  While attending, she was a charter member of Sigma Alpha Iota, a women's music fraternity, as well as performed in numerous ensembles and performances.  She then went on to earn an M.A. in Special Education at The College of William & Mary.  She is currently a elementaryt teacher.

Kathy Parisi holds a B.S. degree in Music Management from Hofstra University at Hempstead, NY where she also studied violin.  She maintains a private violin studio and has worked as a solo violinist at Busch Gardens.  Formerly she taught violin at CenterStage Academy for the Performing Arts.  Ms. Parisi earned her Level I certification though ECMMA as well has been trained in several Musikgarten levels.

Iris Redmond is certified as a Musical Explorer teacher through Musikgarten and has Level 1 certification in Orff   Prior to her teaching at ECMS, Iris was the Music Teacher for many years at the West Point Elementary School.  Being an accomplished violinist, Iris is also quite involved in community and church praise bands, orchestras, choirs and chamber groups.  Her professional career started as an attorney and then she obtained her Professional Teacher License in Music Education in 2009.
