TWEEN CORE Intensive- NEW!:

Our STEP program is geared towards intermediate and advanced level dancers who want to deepen their passion and refine their craft! Technique and strength are the CORE of every dancer. Work on consistency in CORE classes, while learning choreography from your favorite faculty in an intensive environment. *NEW THIS YEAR: 

  • CORE Classes focus on the WHOLE dancer. We will use a variety of tools to condition and train your dancer to build strength, flexibility, balance, and alignment by using yoga blocks, balance boards, exercise balls, strength bands and more!  

  • Each dancer will receive a personalized CORE Goals Sheet designed to help them reflect on their individual strengths and identify growth areas and set intentional goals.  Through guided prompts and a growth-mindset approach, dancers will learn to take ownership of their training - connecting effort, mindset, and progress both in and out of the studio.  

  • In addition to daily jazz, ballet, contemporary, and hip hop classes, dancers will participate in one special Master Class that offers a challenging opportunity to train with a visiting artist in a fast-paced environment.

  • Back by popular demand: ConfiDANCE classes will focus on skills to support them on and off the dancefloor: mindfulness, yoga, body positivity, sound healing, public speaking, team building and more. 

  • WHO THIS IS FOR: Dancers who are looking to push themselves technically and master the skills and condition your body to take your training to the next level. This is excellent skill-building for the technique needed to execute choreography in class, master classes, and on stage safely and in alignment with our syllabi. While there will be the chance to work on choreography and artistry, this will help with the technique that is MOST important for a dancer on the path to GROW!
