We get to make music with you ALL the way until mid-December!!! Woot!!!

We realize that this is a higher tuition price than is typical for us, but this is a MUCH longer session. (Also, we are still the lowest cost for the highest quality around!) If you need to set up a payment plan with me, please reach out here . Read below for a little more information on how it will work. 

Payment plan information:

• Minimum of 60% deposit
• Payment plans are for the full tuition ONLY (no discounts or early bird specials apply)- and are only offered prior to the start of the session
• Balance due by October 15. Payable in multiple ways: directly through your account, in the "make a payment" box in the customer portal, through a payment request from me, post date a check to give to your teacher or pay via Venmo/Paypal or Zelle!
• By choosing a payment plan, you are agreeing to pay the tuition, regardless of whether or not you attend class.  (Just as if you'd paid the total up front). 

We hope that if the tuition is a bit out of reach, that a payment plan makes it more doable. 

Deets: Dates, Schedule and locations:

• Not all classes are guaranteed to run: Minimum class size is 6 children  Please choose a second class, if you can make another class work!

• Waitlists: There is always some shifting around, so if your preferred class is full, please enroll on the waitlist!

SMS Text Opt-in: Urgent and last-minute communications

If we ever need to cancel/postpone class due to weather (or unforeseen circumstances) or have anything of utmost importance come up, we will need to communicate with you. 

Trying something new! Our system now has a feature that allows us to text families that are in a particular class including anyone doing a makeup. So, we are going to try it instead of using the Remind App.

You only have to Opt-in in to SMS texts (and the default on your account is to opt-in). If you are unsure if you have opted in, click on the link below to check:

Please know that we do not overly communicate through text and will only use this tool when we feel we need to reach out with important information. 

Customer Portal: easy access to everything you need!

We are also using the Customer Portal Feature, so that everything that you need is right at your fingertips!

It includes quick and easy links to: Register, Make a Payment, SMS Text Opt in, Covid Compliance Forms, Instructions on how to mark an absence and schedule a makeup, the Make Up Scheduler, Location maps, your refer a friend referral link and code, your music playlist, and FAQs and more!!!

What happens if there is inclement weather? 

We postpone classes on rainy days and than add a day on to the end of the session

How is this communicated?

Through SMS texting through our system. (See above) 

Covid and safety and protocols:

We understand that these are uncertain times, and we all want what is best for our children, including both their physical as well as their social-emotional health. And although every activity comes with inherent risks, being an outdoor, socially distanced and fully vaccinated program, we feel that we are offering the safest option to enjoy this wonderful educational, joyful and social experience. 

• All attending adults must be FULLY VACCINATED (meaning vaccinated and boosted). You must indicate your vaccine dates when registering

• All attending adults agree to our Covid protocols and sign our compliance form 

• Handful of percussive instruments: In order to minimize exposure, we do ask that you bring a handful of instruments for our famiy jam (and we always bring extras to share!). 

• Instruments and props for the rest of class: Teachers will bring instruments to share, but using them is always at your discretion. We have found that families are exclusively using our instruments and props at this time, but if you prefer to bring your own, please let us know and we will keep you in the loop of what we plan on using. 

• Invitation to Socially distance: While seated, you are welcome  to set up your blanket to be socially distanced (unless you and your neighbors are comfortable sitting closer). We will do standing activities that are closer together, like using a parachute, but again, participating is at your discretion. If you choose to stay on your blanket, your teacher will modify the activity. 

• We reserve to right to update our masking policy to be more strict at any time due to case numbers and variants that we deem cause for more caution  (even if city/county/state mask mandates do not change).
