If you are registering for any Drop-Off Program (i.e. Summer Camp, Vacation Programs, or an After-School Program), please send us a copy of your child's health form after registering, as well as a consent form & waiver of liability. Instructions on where to find these forms are on our website, under Menu > Health & Consent Forms. If you would like to register for early drop-off or extended day (only applicable for Summer Camp & some Vacation Programs), you can register online on our Early & Extended page. Please note that all children registering for our Drop-Off Programs MUST be potty-trained.
