All registration forms must be accompanied with full tuition payment in order to be fully enrolled. Classes for which enrollment is limited will be filled in the order registrations are received. The UDCMS reserves the right to modify or cancel any class, lesson, or course due to insufficient enrollment or extenuating circumstances. Unless registered students are notified prior to the beginning of the semester, every class will meet one time before cancellation.

Registrations are not complete until full payment is received. Lessons will not begin and your place in classes/ensembles will not be guaranteed until payment is completed.
Prorating: If private lesson registrations come in after the start of the semester, they will be prorated to reflect a lower number of lessons. Therefore, the fees will mathematically reflect fewer lessons. Our program is semester based and we do not accept registrations for less then the full semester (exceptions for trial lesson and late start in the semester).
REGISTRATIONS MUST BE COMPLETED BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN IF STUDENT IS UNDER 18 YEARS OLD.
