Busy Minds Ed. Yoga and Mindfulness
Our community association classes are an introduction to yoga & mindfulness! Our curriculum was developed specifically for children by an early childhood educator and certified yoga instructor. Our playful take on traditional yoga aims to improve children's physical, emotional, and mental health. We encourages kids to find their balance, on and off the mat!
By praticing yoga and mindfulness with us, your child will:
- Stretch, move, and play through themed yoga adventures that build strength, flexibility, and balance
- Practice breathing exercises to help them feel calm and focused
- Enjoy mindful movement that sparks creativity and confidence
