Friday clinics exist for one reason — to give players the kind of focused, individualized development that a team practice environment cannot provide.

With a maximum of 8 players per session, the coaching dynamic changes entirely. There is enough space to see every player clearly, address individual tendencies, and build each session around the specific positions, skill sets, and development needs of the players in the room that day. This is not a one-size-fits-all training model.

Players can expect to get between 800–1000 touches on the ball through technical and position-specific activities, all connected to real game situations they will encounter on the field. But technical development is only one side of what happens in these sessions.

Each clinic also incorporates mental performance training through eight tools developed specifically for competitive soccer players — tools that address the real psychological challenges players face in games: managing pressure, building confidence, staying present, knowing when to take risks and when to exercise patience, finding your voice in a team environment, and staying engaged when the game gets hard. These are not abstract concepts. Players will learn and practice them in the context of the game itself.

Returning players have the opportunity to submit focus area requests before their session. This matters because the ability to recognize and name your own areas for growth is one of the most important skills a developing player can build — and these clinics are structured to develop that skill alongside everything else.
