Our events usually run for a morning, evening or day on a weekend- the perfect choice for groups, you and a friend, or just you spending time with a group of friendly people. We have new events covering a range of art forms each term.

Classes that involve a variety of art mediums.

Explore a variety of creative materials and methods and enjoy experimenting with a wide range of materials.

Working with clay is creative, tactile and calming, and all skill levels are welcome. We have inclusive classes available from children to adults. Learn hand building and wheel throwing skills, experiment with a range of techniques and glazes. Your only limit is your imagination!

Give your child the opportunity to develop their creative skills and build confidence in a group. Our kids classes is designed to be very supportive and provides excellent opportunities to build team strength. 

It’s fun, educational and each class will provide each child with the joy of exploring many mediums, enable skills in problem solving and with the help of our instructor create individual works of art. All skill levels are welcome and catered for.

Each class will introduce new techniques and methods as well as new mediums, combining traditional with experimental ways of making art works.

Snacks and drinks are welcomed and thorough cleaning and sanitising of hands is encouraged and implemented.

Leadlight:
We make the art of stained glass design modern, hands on, and accessible. All levels are invited to attend, no experience is necessary: our flexible tutors cater to all backgrounds and abilities.

Glass fusing:
Join and bend two or more pieces of glass by heat in our kilns.  There are many different glass fusing techniques which can potentially expand a lifetime of interest and artistic exploration. Our teachers have a depth of knowledge and passion to pass onto our students. Beginners will have a choice of project, colours and how you would prefer it to feel once it has gone through the kiln process.

Learn the relaxing and rewarding art of mosaics in this 4 week beginners mosaic workshop. Mosaic is an ancient and addictive art using glass, tile and other mixed media materials to create intriguing scenes and patterns.

We will take you through setting up your workspace, to planning and completing your mosaic including grouting and finishing techniques. Come and be inspired to create something truly unique while learning about the many mosaic techniques and tools. 

Learn and develop your drawing skills in a variety of mediums such as pencil, charcoal and pastels, or learn and develop your painting skills with watercolours and acrylics.
