Improv Intensive Workshop
This four-week intensive is designed for improvisers who want to sharpen their skills through focused weekly themes. Each session explores a distinct area of advanced improv: Improv Mixtape delves into rhyming and song-based games; Scene to Screen adapts improv for the camera, emphasizing spatial awareness and precision; Character Workshop develops distinctive, sustainable characters through long-form techniques; and Genre/Storytelling strengthens narrative flow and stylistic versatility. Students will build stronger instincts, spontaneity, and adaptability while creating material fit for both stage and screen.
Prerequisite: Advanced Improv (Improv Level 2) or permission of the director.
