This class is best for students who:

  • can tread water for at least 15 seconds
  • can swim freestyle with rotary (side) breathing

Benchmarks

Stage Red: Body Position and Air Recovery

Safety Skill: Survival float and tread water for 30 seconds.

Swim Skill: Start in side glide, swim freestyle 30 feet
