Yoga & Mindfulness for Children incorporates age-appropriate yoga poses, sequences, mindfulness activities, songs, and games. Classes often revolve around a philosophical or natural theme and encourage children to move creatively in a non-competitive environment while honoring each student’s unique expression of the poses. 

Live online classes are hosted on Zoom. Registration is per household. Classes are targeted to the stated age range, but younger and older siblings are welcome. Parent participation is not required for this class, but is always welcome and highly recommended for preschoolers.  Contact us with questions.
