2025 Fall Class Registration is OPEN. Preschool Classes, Homeschool Classes and Afterschool Classes available.

Payment: We accept credit card, checks and cash.
Credit Card (online or in person): Subject to a 3% convenience fee.
Cash payments must be made in person.

Camp Deposits: 25% Deposit must be made within one week of registration.
Camp Full Tuition: Due by April 30th. Any new registrations after April 30th must pay in full at time of registration.
Camp Late Fees: If full payment is not received by the due date, a late fee of $25 will be added to the balance.
Classes Full Tuition: Due by first class meeting.
 
Cancellation Policy For Camps: A $50 Registration Fee, included in the tuition, is non-refundable.
Full refunds will be given until May 1st.
A 75% refund will be given between May 2nd and May 31st.
No refunds will be made after June 1st.
All registration cancellations will incur a $50 fee to cover non-refundable registration and credit-card fees.
All cancellation notices must be submitted via email.
 
Cancellation Policy For Classes: A $30 Registration Fee, included in the tuition, is non-refundable.
Full refunds will be given if written notice is received no later than one week prior to session start date.
A 50% refund will be given if written notice is received less than a week of session start date.
No refunds will be given once the class starts.

Cancellation Policy For Drop-In Classes: Drop-In Class Registration is non-refundable.
 
 
Cancellation requests due to illness or accident prior to the camp session start date require a physician's written verification. Upon receipt of verification, we will issue a full refund of tuition paid (not including the registration fee). Cancellations due to personal reasons, etc. will not receive a refund. Students who leave during a session will not receive a refund, regardless of circumstances. We reserve the right to cancel a session date if participation numbers are not adequate. In the event of cancelled course, you will be notified three days prior to the camp start date. You may select an alternative session date, or you may request a full refund.
