Kid Code - Amazing Apps & Drone Programming - Kids will experience multiple age-appropriate coding platforms from sequencing to building mobile downloadable apps to programing a drone & make it fly.
Coding Concepts that will be covered as part of the complete program : Algorithm, Coordinates, Sequencing, Debugging, Conditionals, functions, Variables, motion loops, simple arrays.
Robotics & Drone Programming - Kids will experience a variety of age appropriate & LEGO compatible robots & Drones that let kids with all levels of experience successfully build and/or program these amazing robots! Starting with building cool working Lego robots and advance to robots that can be programmed with remotes, drop and drag block programing, and even python-based programming language for advanced students!
Movie Maker - Stop Motion Animation : This hands-on STEAM club introduces young creators to the art, science, and engineering behind animation. Students learn how motion works by exploring frame-by-frame movement, character design, storytelling, and digital media production. Using tools like Stop Motion Studio, LEGO bricks, modeling clay, and paper cutouts, students design their own scenes and bring them to life through stop-motion filmmaking.
Super Slime Lab : Students will become an expert slime-ologist and learn about the science of polymers. Experiment with different reactants and formulas to create: galaxy slime, thermochromic slime, photochromatic slime, magnetic slime, glow in the dark slime and more! . Number of slimes covered will depend on the duration of class and number of sessions.
