We invite you to a unique baking workshop where you will learn to bake with a sourdough starter + start your own!

Join us for a hands-on sourdough starter class designed for beginners and bread lovers alike. Each attendee will receive an active sourdough bread that has already been started to use during class as they learn to fold, score and begin creating their own loaf of bread. We’ll walk through the process of starting a sourdough from scratch, understanding how it works, and learning simple techniques to maintain and care for your starter at home. You’ll leave with the confidence, knowledge, and tools needed to continue baking delicious sourdough long after the class ends + a starter that is ready to be fed, a baked loaf of bread (that you got to score and bake) and a loaf of bread ready for a long rise that you can bake at home!!

You are also welcome to bring a bottle of wine to enjoy in your class!
