Endangered Species Art Camp
Creating, Learning, and Advocating Through Art

Endangered Species Art Camp invites students to explore the animal kingdom while learning about wildlife that needs our protection. Through hands on art making and creative exploration, students will discover how art can be used to tell important stories about the world around us.

At the start of the camp, students will learn about different endangered animals, their habitats, and why they are at risk. From there, they will use a variety of artistic mediums including paint, clay, paper mâché, and sculpting materials to create detailed replicas and artistic interpretations of these incredible creatures.

Projects in this camp encourage both creativity and observation. Students will study shapes, textures, patterns, and movement as they bring animals to life through art. Along the way, they will explore how artists use different materials to represent fur, scales, feathers, and natural environments.

Throughout the week, students will practice fine motor skills, creative problem solving, and artistic expression while gaining a deeper appreciation for wildlife and conservation. By the end of the camp, each student will have a collection of finished animal artworks they can proudly take home, along with a stronger understanding of the importance of protecting endangered species.

Endangered Species Art Camp is perfect for students who love animals, hands on creativity, and using art to make a meaningful impact.
