Calm your body and mind and focus on well-being. Learn the basics of yoga and mindfulness in a kid-friendly environment that is playful, lighthearted and fun. Learn asanas (poses) through games and stories, while learning to tune into the power of breath. Practice awareness techniques, improve flexibility and get stronger, all while having fun!
