OPTIONAL ADD ON: With the Flexible Refund Fee, you may change or cancel your camp for a full refund until theThursday before your camp begins. The Flexible Refund Fee is only applicable for 4-day camps.

You must add one Flexible Refund Insurance to your cart for every camp you wish to insure.
Flexible Refund Insurance for our camps, you will will receive a refund of the amount of the listed camp price OR the ability to transfer to another week if you are unable or unwilling to attend your activity for any reason, such as illness, travel, family emergencies. By agreeing to our terms at sign up, you are adding an additional $75 to your camp and agreeing to this policy and terms and conditions for this policy listed below.
Flexible Refund requests must be sent to [email protected] the Thursday prior to camp by 5pm.
If any activities are changed from live to virtual or online format are not eligible for a Flexible Refund.
The $75 Flexible Rate Refund Fee is non-refundable.
If you choose to transfer to another week, you would need to pay additional Flexible Rate Refund to secure the same flexibility for that week.
If you request a refund for your spot, you are forfeiting your spot for the camp and cannot be guaranteed a space if you choose to re-enroll and the camp is full.
If SB Dance Arts chooses to cancel the camp for any reason, our staff will contact with you regarding next steps
This is not available for mini sessions and one-day camps.
