Story Theater (Gr. PreK-1)
Sally Davis will delight young actors with props, fantasy, music and movement. Children will act out stories from around the world, creating magic through theater.
MadCap Players (Gr. 2-4)
In this workshop young actors will learn the steps of a full-scale performance that includes improvisation, creative movement, music, and character exploration. Under the playful guidance of children’s theater wizards Sally Davis and Maica Folch, the troupe will present "Trashion Show" a story through puppetry and script creation This theatrical journey will culminate in a colorful and fun performance for family and friends.
Mission Playhouse (Gr. 1-4)
Sign up this fun-filled summer program for our youngest students. Participants will work on short scripts, music, and art as we prepare for a performance at the end of each session. Students will eat lunch at nearby Precita Park.
415 Teen Micro Theatre Fest
Short on time but not short on drama! This brief but impactful summer experience for teens will focus on creating plays that are 5 minutes or less. Students will have opportunities to try playwriting, acting, drama, and design throughout this class. The week will culminate in our Micro-Play Festival for friends and family.

Teatro en Español (Grados 1-4)
Teatro en Español is a workshop in Spanish for youth interested in venturing into the art of theater. Through scene work and improvisational games, we will explore the basic elements of acting. At the end of the course, we will have a public presentation to share our experience with friends and family. If you have a story to tell, need to explore your creative side, this is your chance.

Teatro en Español es un taller en español para jóvenes interesados en incursionar en el arte del teatro. Mediande ejercicios escénicos y juegos de improvisación, exploraremos los elementos básicos actorales. LBTQIA+ youth will explore queer narratives and create their own stories while building a supportive cohort.
Mission Drama (gr. 5-7)
Older elementary and middle school students will spend two weeks putting together a short play complete with costumes, props, music, and movement. A fun time for all!
