Fee Policy

*Fees are payable by the due date unless prior arrangement has been made. Early Bird price: payment due before term begins. Standard price: payment due no more than 5 days after first class.
*Tuition is provided on a per term basis therefore there are no refunds or credits given for missed lessons. Two ‘make-up’ classes are permitted on a space available basis.
*If a class is cancelled by the company director for any reason, a full refund will be given.
* Deposit is non-refundable, unless cancellation occurs at least 1 week prior to term commencement.
*Prior to class commencement (i.e. before first day of term), The Rhythm Tree will refund any payment made (except the deposit) if a family decides to cancel the enrolment. N.B. A $60 Music Together® fee is included in your tuition. This cannot be refunded if the materials are used.
*We try very hard to please everyone however confirmation of your choice of class is not guaranteed.
*Please make your selection carefully. All registrations are final once received.
*We do not issue refunds or credits unless you have a medical or family emergency (death in the family or debilitating injury).
*After class commencement, no refunds will be given.

Although we try to accommodate unforeseen changes in schedule, after your registered first class we will not issue credits or refunds for non-emergency reasons such as nap times changing. If you do not attend the first class or do not alert us after this class, fees are liable.
It is up to you to make necessary adjustments to be able to attend your registered class ie. Refunds will not be issued for a conflict with another activity, lateness or starting preschool.

In the event of enrolment in a free 'Music Together training class,' fees and resources are not applied.
