Terms and Conditions

Summer Camps, Terms and Conditions

Spaces are limited and registration is on a first come, first serve basis. A waiting list will be established if a program fills.

Camp registrations are not confirmed until a non-refundable deposit of $50 is received for EACH registration.
The deposit will apply to total payment due. All deposits are due at time of registration; if no deposit is received your enrollment will be moved to the waitlist. Reinstated registrations are accepted on a space-available basis based on your place on waitlist. 

Full Payment is DUE by June 1st.
If payment is not received your enrollments will be moved to the bottom of the waitlist. Reinstated registrations are accepted on a space-available basis based on your place on waitlist. 

Cancellation Policy:

  • If registration is canceled prior to May 1st, total payment (less non-refundable deposit) will be returned.
  • If cancellation occurs between May 2nd and June 1st, half the total fee will be returned (less the non-refundable deposit)
  • After June 1st No refund is offered.

If your deposit or full payments are not received by due dates, Wild Salamander reserves the right to move your registration to the end of the waitlist. Reinstated registrations are accepted on a space-available basis based on your place on waitlist. 

Wild Salamander reserves the right to cancel a camp 2 weeks prior to the start of the camp If the minimum numbers for the camp are not met. A full refund will be issued.

 

Classes & Workshops, Terms and Conditions

All registrations must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to start of class. 

If the class is fully enrolled unpaid registrations will be moved to the waitlist until payment is received.

Wild Salamander will accept checks, credit cards, gift cards and cash, in person at the center during regular business hours; or by mail at PO Box 1082 Hollis NH 03049. 

Wild Salamander does not take credit card information over the phone.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Student Cancellation of enrollment more than 7 days prior to first class meeting 

  • The full tuition amount will be credited to a students account

Student Cancellation of enrollment  less than 7 days prior to the first class meeting 

  • Not eligible for tuition refunds or credits. 
  • Registrations received less than 1 week to first class meeting are not eligible for tuition     refunds or credits

Wild Salamander Cancellation due to low enrollment Wild Salamander reserves the right to cancel classes with insufficient enrollment. 

  • Students will be notified no later than 2 business days prior to first class meeting.
  • Students will have the option for a full refund or credits

Other Cancellations 

  • Medical Emergencies (notify Wild Salamander before class meeting) will receive full refunds or credit.
  • Wild Salamander cancelled class meetings without scheduled make up days will receive full credit.
