In this class, students will experiment with a limited color palette to create still life paintings. Using only the Primary Triad -- Cadmium Yellow Light, Cadmium Red Light, Ultramarine Blue, White (for vibrant, broad ranges) -- emphasis is placed on strong color harmony, unity, and a focus on value. This approach fosters masterful color mixing, enhances tonal understanding, and helps achieve cohesion in complex scenes, making paintings feel more intentional and unified.
