This workshop is designed for the novice or experienced book arts maker as a refresher course on ‘how-to’ make a variety of small handmade books. Bonnie will share many samples along with a very small bit of history to spark inspiration.  All participants will learn how to create a handful of simple book forms. With a step-by-step process, ordinary materials will be folded, cut, glued and sewed with simple stitching.   At the end of the day, the completed book structures will provide each maker with beautiful surfaces to write, journal, draw, sew, paint, or collage. Perhaps this begins an endless flow of new ideas to come.
