Summer 2025
This weekly class is designed for children ages 7-12 to engage in fun and interactive yoga practices. Through simple postures (asana), breath work, mindfulness, and meditation, students will explore practices that cultivate embodiment, increase concentration, and enhance self-awareness in a supportive group environment. These practices support physical and mental well-being while encouraging students to carry these skills beyond the mat, fostering relaxation and mindfulness in their daily lives.
