The Newport Dunes Waterfront Resort & Marina is a gorgeous property with its own beach, sand playground and adorable cafe! Stay after your class to enjoy all their amenities!

Parking is covered for you with our rental, just be sure to let the parking attendant know on your way in and out that you are here for a Magic Steps Studios class.

This location has an indoor/outdoor space so class will be held here rain or shine.

Please bring a waterproof blanket to class with you!

Classes at this location willl have a premium location fee added to the class price to cover the cost of the rental. Thank you for understanding and we hope you enjoy this great new locatiion!

When you pull into the Newport Dunes Waterfront Resort & Marina, you will see the large parking lot on your right. Please park there and walk on the pathway toward the sand playground. The room space we have rented is the Bayview Room and Garden. It is located on the opposite side of the bamboo fencing from the playground.
