Discover your inner rock star in Hootenanny’s brand-new after-school Rock Club!
Each week, kids will sing, jam, dance, dress up, and explore instruments including piano, ukulele, drums, and more through playful, hands-on music-making.

Rock Club is all about the fun of being in a band—think dance parties, rock-star costume play, instrument crafting, musical games, group jams, and plenty of chances to take the stage. Along the way, kids naturally build rhythm, listening skills, confidence, creativity, teamwork, and a strong musical foundation.

Throughout the semester, we’ll also welcome Guest Student Artists—older Hootenanny musicians and talented local middle and high school students—who will perform, jam with the group, and show our youngest musicians just how many ways there are to make music.

The session wraps up with a special family rock show on December 14 at 4:30 PM, when our Rock Club musicians get to take the stage and celebrate everything they’ve created together.

No experience necessary, and all instruments are provided—just come ready to rock!
