We offer Music Together Classes at our home location, the Hootenanny Art House in the Park Slope neighborhood of Brooklyn, as well as at Jaya Yoga East in Kensington, Third Root Community Center in Ditmas Park and Alden Moves on Church Avenue. We also offer the Spanish Immersion program, Canta y Baila Conmigo at Hootenanny and Alden Moves!
Our teachers are local musicians and parents who love jamming with kids and celebrating music and community.
Music Together and Canta y Baila Conmigo classes build on your child's natural enthusiasm for music and movement. The Music Together program is an internationally respected, research based program and will provide your child with the basic musical skills needed to enjoy school and social musical activities, and to study an instrument should he or she choose to do so. Both classes are appropriate for newborns up to five years old.
