Academic Year Registrations: Enrollment for School, Classes, and Tutoring, is on a rolling basis, beginning in the Fall semester (typically August) and extending to the end of the academic year (typically the end of May). Summer Programs are handled via separate Summer Enrollment. You will receive an email confirmation shortly after registration with the start date and schedule for the enrolled class(es).
Where applicable, Registration Fees are due and payable at the time of registration. Assessment Fees are to be paid prior to completion of the assessment(s). Material and Enrollment Fees are due and payable prior to the first day of classes. The 1st month or 4-week tuition is paid in full at the time of registration. To simplify the billing process, we require a billing profile to be set up for each account, including a valid payment option. With the exception of August and in-between month enrollments, School Tuition is billed monthly on or around the 1st of the month. Tuition for recurring classes are billed in 4-week periods (approximately 1 month), so that the payments will roughly track the number of classes/weeks in the upcoming 4-week period. The 4-week tuition will be automatically billed at the start of the 4-week cycle, and may be prorated based on enrollment date or number of actual classes scheduled within the upcoming cycle. Fees for books and other materials are billed to your account at the time the items are received by the student. For your convenience, you also have the option to remit payment online via the "Make A Payment" tab for other items such as book fees.
Summer Camp Registrations: Summer camp tuition is charged as a one-time payment. Multiple camp discounts are automatically applied at checkout if all camps are registered at the same time. You will receive an email confirmation shortly after registration.
For campers who need to reserve a laptop for the week, please note this on your registration. The laptop rental fee will be processed as a part of your registration.
Waiver of liabilty: By registering for a class, camp, program or other activity (collectively the Activities) at 4Points Academy and/or IQuest (collectively the School), you are agreeing to the terms set forth in the required Waiver of Liability and Release form with respect to the School, its facilities, indoor/outdoor play area(s), activities, owners, directors, staff, teachers, and guides. Your registration for the Activity (class, camps, care, etc) constitutes your acknowledgement and acquiesce to the terms of the Waiver document
Payment: Payment is require in advance of any activity enrolled in at the School. Authorization to process any required or outstanding payment is expressly provided when you register for the activity. We accept all major credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover cards. For programs/classes that include recurring periodic payments, the payments will be process at the time due, which is typically before the start of the programs/classes. Multiple class discounts are automatically applied at checkout if all classes are registered at the same time.
