Learn to advance your Acro skills and flexibility in Acro class. This class is geared to strengthening skills in flexibility, control, and strength in order to further perfect dance technique. Our experienced instructor will guide the class towards increasing balance, strength, muscle control, discipline, and concentration. Work includes strength & conditioning, handstands, front and back walk-overs, and more! Instructor introduces skills as individual student is ready for the next challenge. Not all students progress at the same pace. Challenge yourself and learn some new skills to incorporate into dance!
This class will learn different some different skills than the ACRO classes. Tumbling consists learning the proper technique and skills in order to execute cartwheels and round offs, front and back walkovers, hand stands, aerials, front and back handsprings, and other skills that fit and challenge each individual student's level.
