SPRING 2017 PERFORMANCE WORKSHOP (LEAD CAST)

PERFORMANCE WORKSHOP (LEAD CAST CLASS) for Spring 2017 Willy Wonka Jr.

Ages 8-13

Children will sing, dance, act, learn proper stage etiquette while having lots of fun – onstage and off! Two separate casts (Musical Notes and Top Hats). Your child will perform in three full production shows May 19-22, 2017.  

Because there are two separate casts, child may be asked to fill in for another cast as an understudy replacement if needed.

Weekly Classes on Mondays 3:30-5:30 (6:30*) pm (Musical Notes Cast) beginning 2/6

2/6 (followed by Parent Meeting), 2/13 (Auditions 3:30pm-6:30pm*), 2/20, 2/27,3/6, 3/13, 3/20, 3/27,4/3, 4/17, 4/24

 

*Following auditions, Linda will request specific students to stay one extra hour for blocking rehearsals. Emails with specific students/roles needed will be sent weekly.

Musical Notes Theater Rehearsals: Monday 5/1 Rehearsal 3-7pm, Monday 5/8 Walk Through 3-7pm, Monday 5/15 Dress Rehearsal 3-7pm

Musical Notes Shows: Friday May 19 6:00 pm, Saturday, May 20 2:00 pm, Sunday, May 21 6:00 pm (performer call time at least one hour prior to showtime)

Tuition $725

10% Sibling Discount

Every family is required to commit to five hours of volunteer time, or a buy-out of $100 per family. Volunteer sign-up or buyout MUST be completed 30 days prior to performance. To pay buyout online select/add "Volunteer Buyout" as a class and proceed with registration.  Buyout can also be paid by personal check directly to LBMP.

Included in the tuition:

1 DVD of class show per family (may purchase additional DVDS)

1 cast photo per family (may purchase additional cast photos)

Each student receives 1 LBMP T-shirt, 1 show script and 1 practice CD

Children will need to provide either black character shoes or black jazz shoes (or both).  Children will also be asked to provide tights, shorts and a light-colored tank top to wear underneath costumes beginning with the dress rehearsal.

No replacement CDs will be issued.  Replacement scripts are $25.

MUSICAL THEATER WORKSHOP (SUPPORTING CAST) for SPRING 2017 Willy Wonka Jr.

Ages 6-8

Children will learn proper stage etiquette, gain confidence, sing, dance, and appear in group numbers in this fun-filled production! Two separate casts (Musical Notes and Top Hats). Your child will perform in three full production shows May 19-22, 2017.

Fall/Spring Production Family Volunteer Buyout

Every family is required to commit to five hours of volunteer time, or a buy-out of $100 per family.  Volunteer sign-up or buyout MUST be completed 30 days prior to performance.  To sign up to volunteer, look for an email a few weeks after the start of class. To pay buyout online select/add "Volunteer Buyout" as a class and proceed with registration.  Buyout can also be paid by personal check directly to LBMP. 

 

If you have already registered and are returning to add Volunteer Buyout to your registration, you will need to start the registration process from the beginning and select "Volunteer Buyout" as your class.

Summer Camp 2017

MUSICAL THEATER SUMMER CAMP

 

Linda Bulgo’s Musical Productions is offering 8 weeks of Summer Camp, with each week offering a different theme.

Ages 5 - 12

Children will be in separate groups according to age.

 

Linda Bulgo's Musical Productions helps children with their love of music, dance and performance. We teach our students how to present themselves on stage professionally.

Our summer camp offers fun with art and crafts and a chance to learn from skilled experienced teachers who love the performing arts. Children are able to learn, grow and have fun. Though challenging, our class schedule includes time for rest and play. The children will be walking 6 blocks to Vicente Street park (weather permitted) each day to eat lunch and play. The week culminates in a show performance by our students, attended by proud family and friends.

We offer a nurturing, environment for children ages 5-12 years old. We want the children to learn and grow and have fun doing it!

 

Classes held at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, 3201 Ulloa Street, San Francisco, CA  94116

 

Camp runs daily from 9am to 3pm. Camper drop off can begin at 8:45am.
Cost $395 per week

Summer 2017 Aftercare

Aftercare (3:00 pm - 6:00 pm) Mon-Thu

Aftercare is available from 3pm-6pm Monday-Thursday for a fee of $120.00 per week ($90.00 per short week). Aftercare fee must be paid one week in advance to hold child's space.

Please register for your camp first, then "add a class" to include aftercare.  Aftercare registration is by the week.  Please note that if you do not select aftercare at the time of camp registration, you will need to repeat the registration process for aftercare.
