NEW STUDENTS (Group Lessons)
Before registering online for Group Lessons, all class placements must be confirmed in advance by our Programs Manager, who will at that time provide you with a class recommendation and "preregistration code". Beginner students do not need a code and should look for "B1" level classes. If you are unsure your level or which class(es) you are confirmed to enroll in, please schedule a Group Lesson Evaluation or contact email@example.com or call (202) 362-0117. All registrations are subject to review by management.
PONIES & FRIENDS LOTTERY (Group Lessons*)
The P&F lottery is for Group Lessons only. Due to the high volume of interest, all Ponies & Friends Group Lesson classes are enrolled by lottery. We are accepting Winter Term lottery applications from November 9-15.. To join the lottery at that time, please register online for "P&F Lottery" in the class list.
*No lottery is held for P&F Summer Camps. Admissions are rolling while spaces last.
Group Lesson Program: The full tuition for the entire group term (12-14 weeks) is due at the time of registration. Full tuition, less a twenty (20) percent processing and handling fee, will be refunded if registration is cancelled before the first scheduled lesson of the term. Fifty (50) percent of the full tuition, less a twenty (20) percent process and handling fee, will be refunded if registration is cancelled before the second scheduled lesson of the term. There will be no refunds for group term lessons after the second scheduled lesson.
Barn Days, Spring/Winter Break Camps, Clinics: Special programs will be refunded less twenty (20) percent process and handling fee if requested at least two weeks in advance of the scheduled program. No refund will be provided for cancellations made within two weeks of the scheduled program.
Summer Camp: Summer camp registration is REFUNDABLE for any reason if made within 30 days of registration (e.g., by March 1 if registration is made on January 30). A twenty (20) percent process and handling fee will be charged for each session from which a camper withdraws. Summer Camp registration is NONREFUNDABLE after the first 30 days from registration unless there is a certified medical reason that prevents the camper from participating in the full range of camp activities to be determined by the medical professional and camp director. Medical refunds must be requested at least two weeks in advance of the camp session in which you are registered. A twenty (20) percent process and handling fee will be charged for each camp session from which you withdraw. Immediate family emergencies will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
No credits will be given for future classes at RCPHC.
